Maintenance Technician (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out day-to-day civil maintenance tasks, including masonry, plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, and outdoor surfaces.
• Respond to maintenance requests from other departments in a timely manner.
• Assist with minor construction or renovation projects within the hotel premises.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Support other trades when needed to ensure smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate should possess: • Proven experience in masonry and painting work, preferably in hotels or commercial buildings
• 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a five-star property.
• Welding skills will be considered an added advantage
. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
. • Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills
