- Reporting Packs & Annual Reports: Produce quarterly financial reporting packs and assist in assembling the company’s annual integrated report.
- Audit & Statutory Compliance: Review audited financial statements for resort entities and enforce full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Tax Management & IRD Liaison: Direct tax schedule preparation, reconciliations, appeals, and maintain timely interaction with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Professional Credential: Full qualification from a recognized accounting body (e.g., CA / CASL, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality or leisure sector.
