| Position | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) |
| Qualifications & Experience | A Basic Degree and a Master’s qualification in Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, Finance, or Emergency Medical Services, together with a minimum of 12 years of managerial experience in a company employing at least 1,000 staff. Or A Basic Degree in Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, Finance or Emergency Medical Services together with a minimum of 15 years of managerial experience in a company employing at least 1,000 staff. In addition, candidates must demonstrate: Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, COO, or in an equivalent strategic management role with strong capabilities in operations, strategic planning and financial oversight. Exceptional communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively. Prior experience in emergency service, healthcare or the public sector will be considered a distinct advantage. |
