Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals to join our Retail Sales Team. Selected candidates will be stationed in Colombo.

Job Profile

• Market Outreach: Actively reach out to prospective customers in the open market.

• Sales Execution: Sell retail products using solid propositions tailored to prospective customers.

• Cross-Selling: Identify and enhance cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.

• Relationship Management: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and customer loyalty.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Applicant’s Profile

• Age: Between 22 to 35 years.

• Experience: 02 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Education:

  • Passed G.C.E. (O/L), Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L.

  • Must have a pass in English & Mathematics.

• Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of Sinhala / Tamil (both written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in the English language.

• Personality: A good outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales.
