Job Profile
In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of the bank’s software applications and digital solutions. You will be a key player in supporting digital payment systems and emerging fintech innovations to drive business efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

System Reliability: Monitor and resolve application issues to maintain high uptime.

Tech Integration: Support the seamless integration of new technologies and fintech solutions.

Security & Maintenance: Uphold rigorous security standards and manage routine application maintenance.

Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital products and services.
Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the Banking or Financial sector, with hands-on experience in application management and business software solutions.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of application systems, API communications, and digital payment ecosystems.

Expertise: Practical experience in IT deployment, application support, and modern software processes.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
