Job Profile

As the Manager of Information Security, you will lead the organization’s security operations and strategic projects to safeguard corporate data from unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and maintain comprehensive IT security policies.

• Risk Mitigation: Continuously monitor and identify security gaps, designing and implementing robust technical solutions.

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of Firewalls, WAF, PAM, DLP, and SSE systems.

• Operations: Manage security incidents with speed and efficiency, while overseeing human and technological resources.

• Audits & Resilience: Coordinate security audits, penetration testing, and Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.

Candidate Profile

• Education: A degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the IT industry, with a primary focus on Information Security.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience designing secure networks and managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Checkpoint, Imperva) within a banking or large enterprise environment is a significant advantage.

• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.

• Core Competencies:

  • Profound knowledge of network security, forensics, and information assurance.

  • Up-to-date awareness of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape.

  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people-development skills.

  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities.
