Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily civil maintenance tasks, including masonry, plastering, tiling, and painting.

• Maintain and repair walls, floors, ceilings, and outdoor surfaces to high standards.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.

• Support minor construction or renovation projects across the hotel.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and potential safety hazards.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in excellent working condition.

• Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless hotel operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a five-star hotel or high-end commercial building.

• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in masonry and painting; welding skills are a distinct advantage.

• Mindset: A detail-oriented problem-solver who can work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Workflow: Ability to prioritize tasks, follow safety protocols, and manage time efficiently.

• Physicality: Fit and able to handle physical labor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and departments.
