Marketing Opportunities: Senior Executive to Trainee
We are looking for driven individuals to join our team in various capacities, from Senior Executive to Trainee, focusing on Micro Leasing and Auto Finance.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Meet sales targets for Micro Leasing (two and three-wheelers) and Auto Finance products within established credit guidelines.

Portfolio Health: Maintain the desired collection ratio and ensure consistent portfolio quality.

Service Excellence: Uphold strong operational controls and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
For Senior Executive & Executive Roles:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, credit evaluation, and portfolio management within the NBFC sector (registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka).

Strong proficiency in analyzing client creditworthiness.
For Junior & Trainee Roles:
-
School leavers with O/L qualifications and a background in extracurricular activities are highly encouraged to apply.
General Requirements:

Must possess a valid riding or driving license.

Professional or academic qualifications in a related field are a plus, though not mandatory.

Preferred Locations: Candidates residing in Colombo, Kalutara, Bandaragama, Horana, Homagama, Hanwella, or Godagama.
