Key Purpose of the Job

The Pattern Technologist leads a team of pattern makers and is responsible for creating development patterns, preparing size charts, and executing grading for bulk production. This role ensures all outputs align seamlessly with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and the TNA plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications accurately to develop patterns in accordance with the TNA plan.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide pattern-related technical inputs and achieve functional KPIs.

• Guide, mentor, and support the team of Pattern Makers.

Education & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Clothing Technology, complemented by a Certificate in Pattern Making.

• Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in pattern making.
