Key Purpose of the Job

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Key Account Group, the Senior Executive – Finance is responsible for delivering financial KPIs, ensuring robust controls, and safeguarding company assets. This role involves maintaining accurate financial statements and providing strategic financial insights to support cross-functional business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Finalize location overheads for monthly/annual financials and closely monitor front-end overheads.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets alongside weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring all expenses align with budgeted limits.
Payments & Approvals: Ensure all approved payments, including front-end related disbursements, are processed accurately and timely.
Coordination & Monitoring: Partner with Corporate on OH/CAPEX budgeting and monitor accurate monthly charge-outs.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the cost of failures, actively contributing to management reporting and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or a recognized professional qualification in Finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on finance experience within the manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and best practices.
Key Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, solid presentation abilities, and advanced proficiency in IT tools (particularly MS Excel).
