Key Purpose of the Job

As an Intern – Projects, you will help drive a robust governance framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, track, and report on business outcomes. This is an evolving role with varied project scopes. Responsibilities include facilitating policy standardization across functions, driving continuous process improvements, supporting functional model deployments, monitoring financials/P&L performance, defining governance standards, and benchmarking industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support diagnostic and process-mapping assignments to assist with process transitions from Brandix to Accenture.

  • Support project transitions by coordinating timelines, managing meeting agendas, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SLAs and BOI metrics.

  • Validate and initiate project-related payments, prepare cash flow forecasts, and assist with the annual budgeting process.

  • Help identify and implement process improvements and operational controls.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Support and manage relationships with Brandix stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Current undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, General Management, Financial Management, or a related field.

  • Professional Qualifications: Partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or CA.

  • Experience: Prior experience in project management or outsourcing is an added advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and standard MS Office packages, with the ability to work comfortably in a computerized environment.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Attributes: A fast learner with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
