Key Purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Strategy & Transformation acts as the primary interface between customers and internal teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, leverage data-driven insights to elevate performance and experience, and utilize strong stakeholder management and analytical skills to drive strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead customer-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and strict alignment with strategic goals.
Insights & Analytics: Gather and analyze customer and product data to drive continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present compelling materials for customer visits, executive reviews, and strategic discussions.
Facilitation: Actively facilitate internal and external meetings, progress reviews, and feedback sessions.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure timely resolution.

Education & Experience

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project or business management (experience within the apparel industry is highly preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities, backed by an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights.
Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. A project management certification is considered a distinct advantage.
