As the Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a core member of the property’s Executive Committee, reporting dual-line to the General Manager on-site and functionally to the Regional Senior HR Director. In this strategic leadership role, you will champion talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning across the property.
You will act as an independent advisor and culture builder, aligning human capital strategies with property and brand goals to drive peak organizational performance, streamline operations, and deliver an exceptional associate experience.
Key Core Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Translate corporate strategies into local HR operational plans. Drive climate survey action items, foster workplace diversity, and communicate key HR metrics (turnover, hiring, culture programs) during owner executive meetings.
- Talent Acquisition & Planning: Oversee recruitment pipelines, coach department leaders on behavioral interviewing, optimize staffing models, and champion succession planning to build a strong leadership bench.
- Total Compensation & Rewards: Direct hourly compensation structures, drive local recognition initiatives, monitor internal equity standards, and ensure competitive, balanced reward packages.
