Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Team Mentorship: Assist the Head of HR in overseeing daily operations while coaching, guiding, and inspiring junior HR team members toward professional growth.
• Talent Management & Experience: Partner with fellow HR Leads to execute recruitment drives, onboarding programs, employee engagement strategies, and retention plans to foster an outstanding workplace culture.
• Compliance & Employee Relations: Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies, local labor laws, and statutory mandates while effectively managing employee relations and manager queries.
• Performance & Process Optimization: Track key HR metrics and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Legal & Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws, HR best practices, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Core Competencies: Proven leadership, strong problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work on-site during the designated shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (SLT).
