Marketing Associate – Leasing (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Profile

• Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic field visits and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Promote leasing services with strong, value-driven propositions.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat sales.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team.

Applicant’s Profile

• Age: Between 20–27 years.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

• Sector Preference: Experience in banking or the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector is preferred.

• Education: Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics.

• Professional Qualifications: Full or part qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking would be an added advantage.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge: Sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies.

• Language: Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with proficiency in English.

• Personality: Outgoing personality with a strong passion for sales.
