Position Summary

Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Collections Management: Proactively manage assigned client accounts to drive timely collections, reduce overdue balances, and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Dispute Resolution & Ledger Accuracy: Investigate root causes of billing disputes, issue statement reminders/credit notes, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to clear outstanding balances.
- Cash Allocation & Month-End Support: Oversee accurate cash application, complete monthly AR account reconciliations, calculate provisions, and support financial close routines.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)—including DSO, collection efficiency, and dispute timelines—and report insights to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement & Controls: Participate in ERP system upgrades, automation projects, internal/external audit support, and revenue assurance controls.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Educational & Professional Background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional Certifications: Intermediate progress or completion of CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CMA is highly advantageous.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Order-to-Cash operations within a multinational or shared services setup.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with major enterprise platforms (Oracle Financials, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling).
