Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing top potential, evaluating candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and executing structured orientation programs for new team members.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Handle staff grievances promptly, promote healthy workplace relationships, and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance & Compensation: Ensure strict adherence to Sri Lankan labor laws, manage accurate payroll cycles, and oversee employee benefits programs.
• Performance & Development: Coordinate annual and periodic performance appraisals, assist in setting measurable team goals, and arrange training programs to boost workforce capabilities.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, alongside a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR operational or generalist role.
• Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of labor regulations, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and proficient organizational capabilities.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: LKR 60,000 – LKR 90,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
