Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Assistant Student Counsellor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the emotional and academic wellbeing of our students.
The Role
In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Counsellor to create a safe, supportive environment for our student body. Your primary focus will be providing guidance, fostering resilience, and ensuring that every student feels heard and supported.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Psychology or Counselling.

Experience: Previous experience working within a school environment is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to be an active, patient listener.

Ethics: A high level of professionalism and an unwavering commitment to student confidentiality.

Collaboration: A proactive spirit to assist the Senior Counsellor in various guidance and student-focused activities.
