We are seeking a passionate Executive Sous Chef to support our culinary leadership in delivering world-class dining and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen excellence.
The Role
As a key partner to the Executive Chef, you will:

Execute Vision: Support the hotel’s culinary strategy, ensuring every dish aligns with our brand’s legacy of excellence.

Operational Leadership: Oversee multi-outlet operations, including à la carte, high-volume banquets, and specialty dining.

Innovate & Sustainable: Drive menu innovation through food trends and sustainable sourcing.

Maintain Standards: Implement rigorous SOPs and plating benchmarks to ensure flawless consistency.

Financial Oversight: Manage food costs, budgeting, and procurement to maximize profitability.

Mentor Talent: Build and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth and succession.

Ensure Safety: Maintain strict compliance with global food safety, hygiene, and sustainability protocols.
Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 8–10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
