The role
Responsibilities:
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
- Supporting month-end reporting and BU management reporting packs
- Producing insight and commentary on variances, trends, and risks
- Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
- Work closely with business leaders and IT, be the go-to-person for SW Capitalization process
- Responsible for Japan Entrustment process
What you’ll bring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Economics
- 8+ years experience in Corp FP&A, commercial finance or analytical roles
- Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build clean, scalable, and insightful models
- Business acumen and solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items to drive business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple teams, build strong relationships and support decision‑making.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed, conducting deep-dive analyses of various business topics
- Change/Growth mindset
- Sense of ownership and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Bonus:
- Ability to leverage AI tooling to automate the mundane and focus on the “why”
- Prior experience supporting engineering function in Tech industry
- Recent experience using Hyperion, Oracle
