Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft/Create, review low-to-High complexity contracts—including SOWs and quote, MSAs—with a focus on accuracy, turnaround time & risk coverage.
  • Maintain accuracy>98% quality score in internal reviews,and deliver within agreed SLAs .
  • Manage complete lifecycle of service contracts including creation, validation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure contract data accuracy across systems (pricing, entitlements, SLAs, billing terms, and service scope).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Order Management teams for seamless contract execution.
  • Review and validate complex contractual terms ensuring compliance with Hitachi Vantara policies and governance standards.
  • Support revenue recognition accuracy, billing validation, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and customer commitments.
  • Act as escalation point for complex contract-related issues and stakeholder queries.
  • Maintain contract repository integrity and ensure audit readiness at all times.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in contract management processes.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Service Contract Management and lifecycle governance
  • Deep understanding of SLAs, commercial structures, pricing, and service offerings
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across global and cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise and productivity tools such as SFDC, Kimble, Oracle, Microsoft tools, or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to manage high-value and complex enterprise contracts independently
  • Strong  documentation, reporting, and process improvement capabilities
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with little supervision
  •  This position requires working in the Americas shift, supporting the CDT time zone, which corresponds to 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Service Contract Management
  • Experience in IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Services / Managed Services industry preferred

  •  Independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring zero overdue tasks (unless escalated with valid reasoning).
  • Display accountability by flagging risks/delays early and updating task trackers daily.
