Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager-Production. This role would enable you to develop, implement, sustain and improve effective production strategies and procedures, ensuring lines are balanced, fed and run whilst, addressing any issues pertaining to same thereby, ensuring a smooth production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the development and execution of organizational strategies while overseeing all production-related operations within the sections
• Monitoring module efficiency levels and production timelines, while providing necessary guidance and support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow.
• Coordinating and participating in operational and cross-functional meetings to ensure effective communication and seamless collaboration between teams and departments.
• Ensuring standard earning hours, productivity, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved in line with organizational expectations.
• Overseeing shipment plans and production schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of goods
• Identifying training and development requirements of factory employees and facilitating initiatives to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
• Driving and promoting awareness of 5S and MOS initiatives across the factory to strengthen operational excellence, workplace organization, and continuous improvement practices.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or
  a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations role.
• Hands‐on experience in production planning, process improvement, quality control, and team management.
