Senior Executive – Employee Relations

(Based at Naiwala)

We are looking for an active team player to implement, develop and sustain human resource strategic objectives by enabling a smooth roll-out of the human resources and administrative activities whilst supporting all CSR and other compliance related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process of directs whilst adhering to the allocated budgets.
  • Gather information, analyse data and prepare presentations/ documents on the required areas for management decision making.
  • Maintain good employee relations and inquire into any grievances whilst motivating all employees to increase productivity.
  • Execute and oversee the administrative duties relating to employee personal files and provide required statistics to the parties concerned on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the Absenteeism and LTO within the limits.
  • Organize and conduct companywide events and engagement activities.
  • Drive Women go beyond initiatives.
  • Maintain labour compliance and support for the audits.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 3‐4 years of similar experience.
  • Knowledge of attendance management, absenteeism, and LTO control.
  • Exposure to compliance audits and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
