Key Purpose of the Job

In this role, you will support the formulation and implementation of the 3-to-5-year Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the Key Accounts Group (KAG), working closely with the Senior Management, Group Customer, Corporate Marketing, and Finance teams. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales, growth, and profitability plans, as well as reviewing risk mitigation strategies across KAG functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • LRP Implementation: Coordinate and drive the execution of the Group’s Long-Range Plans at the KAG level.

  • Progress Tracking & Review: Monitor the progress of LRP initiatives and projects through Monthly Performance Reviews, Quarterly Workstream Reviews, and other key milestones.

  • Risk & Reporting: Prepare risk mitigation plans, report on core LRP metrics, and actively participate in strategic LRP forums.

  • Special Projects: Implement assigned special projects, handle ad-hoc functional requirements for the KAG, and support cross-customer LRP initiatives as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4 to 5+ years of relevant experience, featuring strong analytical skills, process orientation, and a solid working knowledge across diverse business functions.
