Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive – Fixed Deposits

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth of financial products and services.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
Event Management: Support the organization of promotional events, outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Data: Maintain marketing databases and generate periodic reports on campaign performance and customer feedback.
External Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Brand Stewardship: Contribute to brand awareness efforts while ensuring all activities align with corporate standards.

Education: A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred).
Language Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Sinhala.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.
Soft Skills: A proactive team player with a creative mindset and strong organizational abilities.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
