Hands-on Training: Conduct decentralized training for janitorial and outlet staff, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and cleaning standards.

Operational Coordination: Partner with Outlet Managers and service supervisors to schedule training sessions that align with daily operations.

Coaching & Mentoring: Provide on-the-job coaching, shadowing, and practical demonstrations to reinforce service standards and responsibilities.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate outlet cleaning performance, identify service gaps, and coordinate with Support Services for corrective actions.

Resource Development: Create outlet-specific checklists, training materials, and guides to sustain performance levels post-training.

Reporting & Compliance: Maintain training records and SOP compliance summaries, offering insights for continuous improvement.

KPI Tracking: Monitor outcomes including SOP audit scores, skill assessments, and overall staff capability improvements.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure staff understand their roles, operational priorities, and broader business objectives during all sessions.
What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in training, operations, or retail support services. Experience coaching operational staff in Retail or FMCG is a distinct advantage.

Technical Skills: Proven ability to deliver field-based training and improve SOP adherence. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is required.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess compliance data and training effectiveness.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.

Attributes: A proactive, results-driven team player who is adaptable to changing schedules and maintains high attention to detail.
