Manager – Savings
Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy: Identify and assess emerging market opportunities to drive savings product growth.

Relationship Management: Cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with individual, institutional, and corporate clients to secure new business.

Policy & Compliance: Develop and update product policies, ensuring they are ratified by audits and board sub-committees. Lead staff training on these policies to maintain high standards of risk management.

Operational Excellence: Oversee operational efficiency while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 8 years in the banking or NBFI sector—specifically within savings—including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven Track Record: Experience sourcing savings products through branch networks and managing a department as a profit center is highly desirable.

Expertise: Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Education: A degree or professional qualification in a related field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to a team.
