Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of a diverse F&B team. Provide strategic guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous performance management.

  • Financial Stewardship: Finalize budgets, forecast revenues, and control costs in collaboration with the Finance team. Analyze financial reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.

  • Guest Excellence: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining rigorous standards for service, food quality, and presentation. Address guest feedback and concerns with prompt, effective solutions.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all F&B outlets—including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering—ensuring seamless service coordination.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to ensure peak consistency. Oversee inventory and procurement to maintain quality while minimizing waste.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute promotions and events. Guide marketing communications to ensure high-impact advertising campaigns.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, alcohol service laws, and workplace safety. Maintain property-wide HACCP standards and manage departmental licensing.

  • Strategic Alignment: Align all operations with Cinnamon brand standards. Ensure a thorough understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), GDPR, and emergency protocols.

  • Performance Management: Finalize departmental goals with management and cascade them effectively to team members, ensuring discipline and brand integrity.


Person Specifications

  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar F&B management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Valid certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop long-term plans and make decisive, high-impact decisions.

  • Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.

  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and comprehensive financial management.

  • Guest Focus: A deep-seated dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve complex operational challenges.
