Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

Assist in recruiting and supervising front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain a high-performance workforce.

Conduct regular training and staff meetings to ensure goals are met according to company objectives.

Manage shift assignments, staff breaks, and timekeeping to ensure seamless operations.
Guest Experience & Operations

Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, managing seating flow, and overseeing table turnovers.

Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome and brand loyalty.

Actively monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews across all platforms.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee prompt service and rigorous quality control.
Financial & Inventory Management
-
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain food and beverage costs in line with property targets.

Drive the achievement of revenue targets and overall financial objectives.

Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, and implement waste-reduction strategies.

Securely manage billing processes, payment transactions, and cash handling.
Compliance & Standards

Ensure all food and beverage service aligns with Cinnamon brand standards for taste and presentation.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.

Uphold a thorough understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), GDPR, and emergency response procedures.
Person Specifications

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the F&B industry.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Leadership: Proven ability to supervise teams and make decisive choices in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for guest and team interaction.

Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse departments.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail regarding quality control and operational standards.
