Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Assist in recruiting and supervising front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain a high-performance workforce.

  • Conduct regular training and staff meetings to ensure goals are met according to company objectives.

  • Manage shift assignments, staff breaks, and timekeeping to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Experience & Operations

  • Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, managing seating flow, and overseeing table turnovers.

  • Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome and brand loyalty.

  • Actively monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviews across all platforms.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee prompt service and rigorous quality control.

Financial & Inventory Management

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain food and beverage costs in line with property targets.

  • Drive the achievement of revenue targets and overall financial objectives.

  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, and implement waste-reduction strategies.

  • Securely manage billing processes, payment transactions, and cash handling.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all food and beverage service aligns with Cinnamon brand standards for taste and presentation.

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.

  • Uphold a thorough understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), GDPR, and emergency response procedures.


Person Specifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the F&B industry.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to supervise teams and make decisive choices in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for guest and team interaction.

  • Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse departments.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail regarding quality control and operational standards.
