KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support daily production and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow execution and timely resolution of issues to meet performance targets.
• Monitor workflows and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance overall productivity and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives by supporting process optimization, automation efforts, and resource efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing undergraduate) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Physical Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret operational data.
