Intern – Lean Enterprise 
(Based in Activewear – Vaanavil)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Autonomous Maintenance team to develop and standardize the CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening) procedures. 
• Coordinate with the plant team to provide AM Standard Training to all relevant personnel. 
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of the developed CLIT Standards to ensure consistency and sustainability.
• Develop and execute action plans based on audit findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with AM and CLIT standards.  

Qualifications 

• Degree in business management / relevant Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset with the strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
