Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement sustainability initiatives in fabric manufacturing processes to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

· Prepare and submit sustainability reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to assess progress and impact.

· Lead or support sustainability projects such as waste reduction programs, energy efficiency improvements, and sustainable material sourcing.

· Coordinate with various departments to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and product development.

· Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and ensure the responsible sourcing of materials.

· Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and educate employees about sustainability practices and  policies.

· Foster a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement within the organization.

 Qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Engineering Technology, Eco Business Management, Physical Science, Sustainability, Textile Engineering, or a related field. 

· Experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the fabric manufacturing or textile industry will be an added  advantage.

· Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and industry trends.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage  stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sustainability reporting software and tools.
