Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), the manufacturer of the iconic Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams, is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka and a proud subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager – Out of Home (OOH) Channel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product offerings and portfolios specifically tailored for OOH consumption. As this sector expands, you will lead initiatives to drive channel growth, business development, and market expansion to support our long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Growth: Drive overall OOH channel performance and lead continuous development initiatives.

• Marketing & Merchandising: Develop and execute high-impact channel merchandising and marketing programs.

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify new channel opportunities and collaborate with third-party vendors and franchisees to optimize outlet performance.

• Innovation: Identify new product and portfolio opportunities specifically designed to accelerate channel growth.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial performance related to OOH activities.

Person Specifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a professional qualification (e.g., CIM).

• Postgraduate: An MBA with a focus on Project Management or Marketing Management is a distinct advantage.

• Experience: 3–5 years of Brand Management experience within an FMCG or a similar environment.

• Expertise: Hands-on experience in business development and channel management is highly preferred.
