The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive the development process from the initial ‘Proto request’ through to the final buy process. Your goal will be to ensure operational excellence, achieve sales budgets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Create and maintain accurate style pages within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and development portals.

  • Sample Development: Support the 3D sample development process and coordinate Proto, GGP (Global Geo Pivot), or SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment) samples.

  • Project Kickoff: Initiate development meetings upon receipt of proto kits and ensure all relevant stakeholders are briefed.

  • Sourcing & Coordination: Manage the sourcing of fabrics and raw materials to ensure samples are completed and delivered on schedule.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the Product Development Centre (PDC), embellishment, planning, and sourcing teams to secure approvals for fit, costing, and construction.

  • Costing & Negotiation: Prepare detailed costing sheets on PLM and negotiate pricing terms, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).

  • Compliance: Ensure PLM data is accurate and obtain necessary approvals for any deviations to maintain established earnings thresholds.

  • Buy Processing: Identify styles and volumes upon receipt of orders and execute buy-processing activities efficiently.

  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and proactively identify tailored solutions.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Education: A Degree in Marketing or a relevant professional qualification.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience is preferred, specifically with knowledge of product development, fabrics, embellishments, and sampling.

  • Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
