Assistant Service Manager – Motorbikes
We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Assistant Service Manager to support and elevate our island-wide after-sales operations for the Lima, TAILG, and Safari brands. This role is essential in building robust service infrastructure, managing our dealer network, and maintaining consistent service excellence across all authorized workshops.
Key Responsibilities

Network Development: Support and expand the island-wide network of authorized service centers and dealer workshops.

Operational Oversight: Coordinate after-sales workflows, monitoring turnaround times, service efficiency, and warranty claim processing.

Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues across both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) systems.

Escalation Management: Handle complex customer complaints to ensure swift resolution and high satisfaction levels.

Training & Development: Organize and lead technical training sessions for service technicians and dealer staff.

Performance Tracking: Monitor service KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile

Education: Degree or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).

Experience: 3–6 years in motorbike/automotive service operations or after-sales management.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of motorbike systems, specifically including EV technologies and traditional ICE.

Core Competencies: Proven track record in dealer coordination, service operations, and conflict resolution.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a “hands-on” approach to stakeholder management.
