Job Purpose
Responsible for workload analysis, prioritization, and coordinating daily NOC operations with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure timely resolution of network faults by adhering to established processes, while analyzing critical and recurrent issues to develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Lead cross-domain NOC teams to troubleshoot and identify network faults, providing clear guidance to ensure smooth operations during failures.

Central Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all NOC teams; gather updates and make critical decisions to minimize fault identification and resolution times.

Communication & Escalation: * Update relevant teams on service interruptions and planned maintenance.

Escalate high-severity or delayed incidents to OICs and Regional Managers.

Communicate high-impact failures and restorations to the call center and management via official channels.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with DNS, Operations, and Planning divisions to synchronize fault handling and maintenance activities.

Team & Shift Management: * Ensure staff adherence to operational procedures, workplace discipline, and shift guidelines.

Manage shift attendance logs, handle restroom oversight, and resolve work environment issues.

Provide short-term shift coverage as required.

Technical Excellence:

Maintain deep knowledge of all Dialog network domains handled by the NOC.

Master NOC monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Stay updated on industry changes and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Reporting: Submit comprehensive incident reports at the end of each shift and support special projects assigned by NOC supervisors.
Entry Requirements

Education: Diploma in Telecommunications from a reputable university, or equivalent (NDT/NDES).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within a Network Operations Center (NOC).

Specialization: Proven expertise in Telecommunication Technology and Operations.

Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
