Job Overview

We are seeking an Architect (ATC) to lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on execution, while providing technical leadership to our development teams.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Leadership & Design: 4+ years of experience architecting and implementing highly available, scalable web applications and leading technical teams.

• Full-Stack Expertise: Extensive experience with modern frameworks and languages, including Java, Spring, JavaScript (ES6), React, Angular, and Node.js.

• Modern Architecture: Proven track record with RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.

• Cloud Proficiency: Technical depth in at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Data Management: Strong grasp of relational and non-relational data structures, with hands-on experience in RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Infrastructure & DevOps: Solid experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Process Mastery: Proficient in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to select the right technology stack for diverse use cases.

• Strong communication skills to mentor teams and align with stakeholders.
