The Role
Become a driving force of transformation at MAS. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives for production operations. You will engage in rigorous SMV analysis and process optimization to maintain planned efficiencies and boost productivity across Kreeda.
Key Responsibilities

Method Optimization: Provide expert suggestions during development meetings based on manufacturing best practices to ensure seamless operational flow.

GSD & SMV Analysis: Critically analyze samples, prepare operational breakdowns, and assign Standard Minute Values (SMV) using the GSD system to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Product Development Monitoring: Ensure all product developments adhere to the most effective manufacturing methods.

Cost Management: Generate accurate costing sheets and provide competitive pricing options to customers, balancing “newness” with cost-efficiency.

Resource Planning: Provide timely fabric consumption data at the initial sampling stage and develop seasonal chassis categories to optimize capacity and machine/manpower allocation.

Standardization & Innovation: Standardize methods and machinery during development, de-skill operations before bulk production, and research/design new attachments to enhance productivity.

Continuous Improvement: Apply work-study techniques and daily cycle-time analysis to improve module potential, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Knowledge and Skills

Education: A Degree in Textile & Clothing or Physical Science from a recognized university.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in industrial engineering.

Communication: Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English.

Technical Literacy: High level of IT proficiency.
