We are looking for a dedicated professional to drive operational excellence. You will manage the end-to-end process from buy placement to Costing Run (CR) release, optimizing systems and databases to ensure 100% accuracy and streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Master Management: Create and update material profiles in the system based on development merchant data and Raw Material Data Sheets (RMDS) to facilitate timely procurement.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze raw material costs, FOB, SMV, and EPH to ensure finished goods meet profit margins. Approve production by releasing costing runs or troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.

• Sample Processing: Manage Salesman Sample (SS) workflows upon receipt from Nike, ensuring all SAP updates are accurate and timely.

• Buy Processing: Identify styles and volumes upon receipt of buys; update PLM and SAP systems and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational fluidity.

• Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive reports to facilitate cross-functional information sharing and support data-driven management decisions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Education: A Degree in Textile and Clothing Technology.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.

• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis and financial oversight.

• Digital Proficiency: High level of IT literacy, specifically with SAP and PLM systems.
