The Role

Become a driving force of transformation at MAS. We are looking for a dedicated professional to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within our production operations. You will leverage SMV analysis and lean methodologies to maintain planned efficiencies and drive productivity across the Kreeda cluster.


Key Responsibilities

  • Method Optimization: Provide strategic manufacturing insights during development meetings to ensure seamless operational flow and best practices.

  • Work Study & GSD: Critically analyze samples, prepare operational breakdowns, and assign Standard Minute Values (SMV) using the GSD system to minimize costs and maximize manufacturability.

  • Cost Management: Generate accurate costing sheets to maintain competitive pricing, offering various cost-saving options while maintaining product innovation.

  • Resource Planning: Provide timely fabric consumption estimates at the initial sample stage and prepare machine layouts to optimize manpower and equipment allocation.

  • Innovation & De-skilling: Standardize methods and machinery during development; design attachments and de-skill complex operations to improve bulk production efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement work-study techniques and conduct daily cycle-time analysis to enhance module potential and overall manufacturing capacity.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Education: A Degree in Textile & Clothing or Physical Science from a recognized university.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in production engineering or costing.

  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English.

  • Technical Proficiency: High level of IT literacy and familiarity with industrial engineering software.
