The Role
As a Technical Support Executive, your mission is to maintain our global IT infrastructure and ensure a seamless technology experience for our employees and clients.
We are looking for a proactive team player with a passion for problem-solving and a strong work ethic. Please note: This role requires flexibility to work in a shift-based environment (including late shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM) and across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, desk phones, and network devices.

Ticket Management: Resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs while keeping users updated on progress.

System Maintenance: Perform routine health checks on servers and workstations; manage and test regular system backups.

Deployment: Install and configure hardware, OS, and software in compliance with company security policies.

Monitoring: Proactively monitor network links and collaborate with ISPs or vendors to resolve connectivity issues.

Compliance: Ensure all operations align with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
Skills & Technical Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and customer service.

Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server/Client environments (Linux experience is a plus).

Networking: Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WSUS, TCP/IP, and VLANs.

Infrastructure: Experience managing CCTV, access control, Soft PABX, and cloud/on-premises backup solutions.

Cloud & Virtualization: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Soft Skills: Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Bonus: Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ISO 27001 standards.
Academic Requirements

Diploma/Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Networking. (A Bachelor’s degree is a distinct advantage).

Certifications: Vendor certifications such as AWS, Azure, VMware, MCSA, or MCSE are highly preferred.
