Executive – Industrial Systems Engineering – Operations

We are looking for a dedicated Executive – Industrial Systems Engineering to drive transformation at MAS. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct SMV analysis, and optimize production efficiencies to boost productivity across Kreeda.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Provide expert recommendations during development meetings to ensure manufacturing methods support smooth operational flow.

  • SMV & Motion Analysis: Critically analyze samples, prepare operational breakdowns, and assign Standard Minute Values (SMV) using the GSD system to minimize production costs.

  • Design for Manufacture: Ensure all product developments utilize the most efficient manufacturing methods to maximize output.

  • Cost Management: Prepare accurate costing sheets and offer competitive options to customers, balancing cost reduction with product innovation.

  • Material Planning: Provide precise fabric consumption data during the initial sample stage to facilitate timely procurement.

  • Capacity Generation: Categorize “chassis” for each development season and advise planning teams on strategies to enhance capacity.

  • Resource Allocation: Prepare machine layouts and manpower allocations to ensure optimum production output.

  • Standardization: Standardize methods and de-skill operations during the development phase to ensure a seamless transition to bulk production.

  • R&D & Attachments: Research and develop specialized machine attachments and jigs to further enhance productivity.

  • Work Study: Apply work study techniques to maintain high quality standards and ensure on-time delivery.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Education: A Degree in Textiles or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in industrial engineering or work study.

  • Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
