The Opportunity

Strategically located within the MAS Fabric Park, TEXO is a premier fabric processing mill specializing in dyeing, finishing, and printing cotton-based fabrics for global brands. As a MAS-owned entity, we leverage world-class infrastructure and a commitment to sustainability to provide high-quality, customized solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities—from order hunting and placement to execution and inventory management—ensuring we meet monthly targets and deliver excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Drive and achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing marketing activities and tracking key performance metrics.

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact, building strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing proactive solutions.

• Strategic Planning: Request and analyze annual forecasts to develop sales strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Planning team to ensure product specifications meet customer expectations and guarantee on-time delivery.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee delivery arrangements for both sample developments and bulk batches based on specific customer requirements.

Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Management, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Experience: Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
