Associate Architect

Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka

Job Summary

As an Associate Architect, you will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of robust solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring technical quality across projects while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with stakeholders to turn functional needs into technical reality.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Leadership: Drive the design and development of complex inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Data Management: Oversee and execute seamless data migration and loading activities via HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Technical Authority: Act as the lead for advanced reporting, including Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) development, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Project Oversight: Manage technical scope, provide effort estimations, and uphold quality assurance for all technical deliverables.
Mentorship: Guide junior resources through code reviews and best-practice workshops to ensure high-caliber output.
Strategic Collaboration: Translate complex functional requirements into scalable, robust technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical/Integration Consultant (specializing in HCM, Compensation, or Learning Management).
Leadership: Proven track record in a technical lead, senior, or mentoring capacity.
Technical Depth: In-depth mastery of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Reporting & Tools: High proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and PL/SQL.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent client-facing communication.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
