Campaign Manager

Job Purpose

The Campaign Manager will strategically design and execute multi-channel campaigns to accelerate digital adoption across Dialog’s platforms. You will focus on driving growth for e-sales, reloads, bill payments, self-care, and chatbot usage. The role requires a blend of creative strategy and data-driven execution to bridge gaps in user awareness, engagement, and conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals, classifying objectives into Awareness, Education, Engagement, and Conversion.

  • Creative Growth: Design effective “hooks” and “converters” to drive digital adoption through creative storytelling and cost-effective channels.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and BI data to target the right audiences and capitalize on emerging e-commerce trends.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Traffic Ops, and BI teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.

  • Platform Optimization: Leverage external touchpoints to augment the digitization journey and maximize the performance of in-app real estate (banners, artwork, etc.).

  • Financial Management: Negotiate bank/voucher promotions, manage channel budgets, and conduct ROI analysis to ensure profitable growth.

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare daily and weekly reports on revenue, traffic (DAU, MAU, Stickiness), and product profitability.

  • Process Improvement: Establish SOPs for marketing planning and conduct transparent postmortems to share key learnings and optimize future performance.


The Person

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing or business management within a reputable organization.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, BI Data Studio, and Meta/Google advertising tools.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning skills.

    • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and data analysis.

    • Proven ability to manage budgets and perform financial impact assessments.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

    • A focus on driving sustainable, long-term behavioral change in digital users.
