Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts. This role focuses on identifying client needs, developing strategic plans to address them, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value corporate accounts.

Solution Consulting: Deeply understand client business challenges to provide tailored, effective solutions.

Revenue Growth: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing portfolio.

Retention Management: Proactively monitor and ensure peak levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and managed expectations.
Candidate Profile

Education: A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.

Experience: 3+ years in Corporate Sales and Key Account Management (experience in the Retail Industry is highly preferred).

Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Mobility: Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements.

Organization: Highly detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
