The Role
As a Junior Associate in Finance Operations, you will support the day-to-day financial health of the organization by ensuring accuracy in payments, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Payment Management: Handle end-to-end vendor payment processes and coordinate with banking partners to ensure timely disbursements.

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing financial data and ensuring full compliance with documentation requirements.

Data Integrity: Maintain financial trackers, spreadsheets, and SharePoint repositories to provide the management team with real-time data for decision-making.

Document Control: Organize, file, and dispatch financial documents (including AR files) in accordance with company standards.

Performance Reporting: Help gather and organize key financial metrics and performance indicators for management reviews.

Collaboration: Participate in cross-training initiatives to share knowledge and achieve team-wide development goals.
Candidate Profile

Education: Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA, or a relevant Finance degree.

Academics: Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a “C” grade or higher in Mathematics.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with a knack for data analysis.

Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.

Competencies: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, maintain high accuracy under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
