Practice Manager – SAP Finance

The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Practice Manager – SAP Finance to report to the Principal Consultant. The successful candidate will lead complex engagements and mentor high-performing teams to deliver world-class SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and support SAP Finance teams by validating solutions, introducing emerging technologies, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global programs.

Engagement Management: Manage end-to-end projects, from planning and execution to risk management and executive reporting, while maintaining trust-based client relationships.

Solution Design: Oversee the configuration and implementation of SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Product Costing, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis).

Project Lifecycle: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, business blueprinting, functional specifications, and oversee all testing phases (Unit, Integration, and UAT).

Strategic Growth: Support pre-sales initiatives, including RFP responses and system demonstrations, contributing to JKIT’s overall strategic value proposition.

Deployment & Support: Manage documentation, end-user training, cutover strategies, go-live execution, and post-implementation support in line with SLAs.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Management/IT or professional certification in CIMA, ICASL, or ACCA.

Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with at least three full life-cycle SAP implementations (ECC and S/4HANA).

Preferred Skills: Exposure to Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, or SAP Group Reporting is a significant advantage.

Certifications: SAP Finance and Controlling certification is highly preferred.

Competencies: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a self-motivated ability to deliver results under minimal supervision.
