Project Manager | John Keells IT

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation programs, specifically focusing on information systems integration, ERP implementations, and IT infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead small to medium-scale digital transformation programs using SAP, enterprise solutions, and integration platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior sponsors and functional heads to define strategic objectives and business requirements.
Strategic Planning: Develop project charters and execution roadmaps aligned with IT strategies and organizational change management.
Team Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, and external vendors, to ensure high-quality delivery.
Methodology: Drive SAP Activate or Agile delivery frameworks tailored to specific project needs.
Financial Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and accountability.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (scope, timeline, cost, quality) and provide executive-level reporting and risk mitigation.
Change Management: Align business processes and lead communication efforts across departments and IT ecosystems.
Governance: Ensure full compliance with IT governance, financial controls, and audit standards.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in project management, specifically leading system integrations, ERP implementations, or infrastructure migrations.
Environment: Proven success managing projects within matrixed organizations or with cross-functional teams.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of project financial compliance, management reporting, and business transformation.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Scrum Master), or SAP Activate credentials.
