Role Overview As an Enquiry Logging Agent, you will play a vital role in the efficient processing of insurance submissions. Supporting the Underwriting Support Manager, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our internal logging systems to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

What You’ll Do

System Management: Accurately log new and renewal submissions into our internal tracking systems.
Operational Support: Work closely with the Underwriting Support Manager and the wider team to meet daily turnaround targets.
Process Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our specialist insurance products and internal workflows to maintain high standards of service.

Skills & Qualifications

Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in both written and numerical tasks.
Communication: A strong command of English (both written and verbal) with a polite and patient professional manner.
Reliability: Ability to manage high-volume tasks within agreed timeframes.
Education: GCSEs or equivalent.
